FAITH RONOH-BOREH

Training in progress! I always relish the opportunity to train our Research Assistants before dispatching them to field so as to empower them and equip them with everything they need to produce quality outputs.

Hi! I'm Faith Ronoh-Boreh, a talented qualitative researcher in various market, social and developmental sectors in Africa and proud co-founder of Research PLUS Africa. In my role as the company's Director of Operations, I also ensure our research projects achieve high operational standards in line with clients’ needs. I am a diligent, well-organised ‘people person’. These traits have seen me excel in my profession particularly in the operational aspects of my role in research organisations and research projects. Similarly this has played a major role in my exemplary qualitative interviewing skills. Always up for a challenge and able to successfully juggle many important tasks at once and prioritise accordingly, I have had the opportunity to participate extensively in developing research designs, data collection methods, and strategies for data management and analysis previously at Nokia Research Center and now at Research PLUS over and above my operational role that entails providing critical project planning support, ensuring that pre-established scope of work, time frames, research protocols and ethics, and regulatory requirements are adhered to, recruitment, training and supervision of temporary research staff, and developing and maintaining record-keeping systems and procedures. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Communications from the University of Nairobi and currently completing my dissertation for my Masters in Development Studies from the University of Nairobi, Institute for Development Studies.
